ISLIP, NY—Everyone knows how important communication can be to gain intelligence and current events taking place in our world today as well as those discussed and dissected from yesterday. Audio is a vital component to communication. The Easy Ear is a telecommunication system designed for the hearing impaired that utilizes voice-to-text conversion from a telephone to a television screen. The design intent is to provide a more universal system that is compatible with the other party's phone equipment.
 
The device is based on a transmitting and receiving system and and a specifically configured analog home telephone unit, complete with dual mouth and ear handset that fits into a cradle. The cradle contains the common numeric keypad as well as serves as an activator for the system. When a call is completed and the handset placed back onto the cradle the Easy Ear system is placed on standby until the next use. Televised test marketing has been completed indicating exceptional consumer interest in the Easy Ear.
 
The Patent Pending Easy Ear was invented by Vincent D'Allessandro of Islip, NY who said, “We are normally born with the five senses intact—vision, touch, smell, taste and sound. However, for anyone who suffers from hearing loss, the loss of audio communication makes dealing with others difficult, if not impossible. The Easy Ear solves part of this problem for the hearing impaired and aids making that individual a part of the real world.”
