Invents Introduces Wire Tech …

… increases user efficiency thus increases company bottom line.

BREA, CA—Attention workers who deal with soldering on a daily basis.  The new Wire Tech is a portable, battery powered, motorized tool designed to dispense solder wire smoothly, evenly and on demand at the press of a button. The Wire Tech enables plumbers, HVAC technicians, jewelers and others to perform soldering operations without constantly having to stop to unwind the soldering wire. There is a prototype version of the device.

The Wire Tech was designed, engineered and constructed to perform several specific functions that will aid the individual in soldering procedures: First - the Wire Tech holds a full roll of soldering wire and dispenses the wire evenly and smoothly in response to the operator. Second – it is designed to handle different materials and diameters of solder wire and flux-cored wire. Third – the Wire Tech uncoils the wire and dispenses it in a straight and easily manipulated manner; and the nozzle is adjustable enabling the user to be dispensed straight up and out. Fourth – the motorized drum not only dispenses the wire but will operate in reverse-rotation to take the wire up and rewind it onto the coil.  Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Wire Tech.

The Patent Pending Wire Tech was invented by Sergio Lopez of Brea, CA who said, “As an HVAC tech for many years I know what it takes to work efficiently. The Wire Tech is a tool accessory that not only works perfectly it hastens the time on the job and saves labor costs.  It works.”
